Will
the files I transfer with Motivation be secure?
This is dependent on your settings, if you have server encryption enabled
(some servers do not support encryption), your entire connection will be encrypted.
If you only choose encryption via Motivations internal encryption, then the
data will be encrypted and not your connection.
Note: Most email clients do not encrypt any data. Motivation gives you the
option to encrypt any data you transfer.

Are my passwords secure when using Motivation?
Yes. All username and passwords stored locally are encrypted. When the username and password is sent to the desired mail service, a secure connection
is established (if server supported) with the remote server, further insuring
your username and password will remain safe and secure every step of the way.

I
have lost my IV, key, or password of a file, what can I do?
If you have lost your password, key or IV there is nothing that can be done,
due to the extreme security of 256 bit encryption. There is no back door, no way to retrieve lost information. So please, make sure you
do not lose your information!

A
weird box popped up with a weird image in it what should I do.
AIM mail uses images called 'Captchas' to challenge users with an image verification
system. Computers can display and process images but cannot actually understand
what is contained within them. To prevent abuse and cut down on amounts of
spam going out from their servers you may be confronted with a captcha image
from time to time. Just simply input the image answer into the correct text
box, and hit enter. Motivation will then continue to proceed with the current
operation.

What
services and protocols are supported by Motivation?
Motivation Currently supports both AIM and GMAIL free e-mail services. Motivation can use almost any IMAP or POP3 account, if your POP3/IMAP is not working, please email us and we will try our best to make it work.

Can
I login to both AIM mail and GMAIL free e-mail services at the same Time?
At the current time no you are not able to login to both GMAIL and AIM mail
free e-mail services, at the same time. Although you can connect to either, just not both at the same time.

Can
Motivation send securely encrypted E-mails even over non secure connections
lines and networks?
Yes Motivation can send e-mails over non-secure connections, lines and networks,
just as long as the person you are sending the e-mail to is using the motivation
software.

Can
I send HTML rich E-mails with Motivation?
At the current build we have not incorporated HTML rich e-mail sending and
receiving. We will be adding this in future versions!

would like to make a suggestion, will someone actually read it and consider
it.
Yes!, we will read and possibly incorporate any option that is requested.
Of course, not every single request will be implemented into motivation but if you have
a good idea, we will love to take it into consideration.
